Workout For The Booty πDo you want cakes? I'm pretty sure every female does. This a workout you can do every day and it's only about 15 minutes long.
β’ I minute of squats
Do it slowly, take your time, and don't let yourself get stiff
*30 second break*β’ 1 minute of bouncing squats
squat and bounce 10 times and repeat
*30 second break*β’ 1 minute of reverse lunges
step back, do you a lunge and bounce 2 times then do other leg
*30 second break*β’ 1 minute of side to side hops
hop onto each foot
*30 second break*β’ 1 minute of jumping squats
squat and jump
*30 second break*β’ 1 minute of one legged squats
squat on each leg for 30 seconds each
*30 second break*β’ 1 minute of crab walk
get in a squat position and go from left to right
*30 second break*β’ 1 minute of reverse lunges again (:
*30 second break*β’ 1 minute of side step lunges
step down and come back up, be sure to squeeze your butt every time!
*30 second break*β’ 1 minute of squats
make sure to drop that squat low (;You'll notice a difference in 30 days. Yes the workout is very exhausting but soon you'll have some cakes that will have everybody drooling. ππΌπ
