Love these products. It digs deep below your skin for sun damage and spots. Now I want to share a picture of the product that may be going unused in your pump cylinders. So far I am 2 for 2. The cream thickens up and get stuck and won't pump out. See picture below. Pry open. Still usable product.

My 2 month trial is almost up and I'm honestly surprised there was a significant difference. I have a lot of acne hyperpigmentation and keratosis pilaris so based on the reviews, I was hopeful it would help me too. Thankfully it has. My skin is so much smoother and spots have faded a good bit. However, even though my assigned derm said I could use this on my chest as well, it caused irritation and bumpy skin for weeks. So although spots have faded there too, I had to stop use there. I docked a star only because I honestly would rather get a chemical peel or laser treatment due to the amount of spots I have. The amount in the bottle doesn't cover all my problem areas so I will most likely have to use this for quite some time which adds up in $ anyway. But if your problems are less than mine, this is an affordable option. A bit time consuming as you have to apply it every night and wash it off the next day, then repeat, but affordable. (Pics are same window, different time of day.)

I am very pleased with the targeted wrinkles on my arms. The brown spots seem to be fading. Not sure how to get a refill. This product works well. I’ve notice an improvement is crepey wrinkles and dark spots. I’m looking forward to getting more cream so I can continue to see improvement and keep the progress I’ve made.

Working but slowly. Over the years the skin on my arms and hands have gotten sun damage. I have not always used sun screen. I have used it everyday for the last 20 years but the damage was already done. I did not notice it until about 5 or 6 years ago. I had a laser treatment which did eliminate a lot of the damage. My skin started look bad and Musley came out the body cream. I am using the face and night cream since 3/21. My progress has been slow but I am making progress. I do have to stop and give my skin a rest. I did make a mistake. My arms started peeling and I picked at it. So I had to give the body cream a rest.
