The Role

Musely is seeking a strategic, hands-on Vice President of Finance to lead all aspects of accounting, financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will be an experienced finance executive who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, start-up environment and can balance strategic foresight with operational excellence. This role will establish efficient and scalable processes across financial management, accounting, contract compliance, and procurement, and more.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Vice President of Finance will play a critical role in both short-term financial operations and long-term strategic planning. This role will partner closely with the executive leadership, operations team, and department heads to drive company-wide financial decisions, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and support data-driven growth initiatives.

Leadership & Strategy

  • Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering with the COO, and department heads to drive Musely's strategic growth initiatives
  • Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with company objectives and profitability goals
  • Provide financial insights and guidance on company performance, growth opportunities, and business risks
  • Provide decision support to the operations team in analyzing margins, purchase price and production variances and other associated operating costs
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team

Operations & Performance

  • Lead all aspects of financial operations, including Financial Planning & Analysis, accounting, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and more
  • Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation to ensure financial health and efficiency
  • Develop scalable financial systems, processes, and tools to support rapid growth and operational excellence
  • Partner cross-functionally to optimize business performance through data-driven analysis and financial modeling
  • Partner with Operations to improve gross margin, through careful identification and management of cost trends
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain Team on inventory controls and management including physical inventory counts. Implement key reporting for managing inventory which includes detailed reporting on inventory type and turns, cycle count reporting, and forecasting/ reporting on absorption

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in relevant experience managing projects & high-visibility initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
  • MBA/Masters and/or CPA degree preferred in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Background in telemedicine, healthcare, or experience managing physical inventory, supply chain, and manufacturing of goods required
  • Demonstrated ability to pull together insights from a variety of sources and develop strategic guidance for brand teams that result in a business decision or action
  • Strong business and marketing acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated communication and teamwork skills; ability to gain consensus and act within a matrix team environment; ability to work in a collaborative and influencing fashion that drives business action
  • Proven history of working and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously, with tight deadlines and changing priorities
  • Experience in scaling financial operations of a business to $50-100M+++ in revenue and beyond, having been through an IPO process before desired.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok platforms
  • Monitor performance data and adjust strategies to improve ROI and drive efficient growth
  • Research market trends, competitors, and ad tactics to improve creative effectiveness and landing page conversion
  • Plan and execute A/B tests; analyze results and apply insights to future campaigns
  • Manage ad budgets and ensure spending efficiency across platforms
  • Collaborate with internal design and engineering teams, as well as external agencies, to optimize conversion funnels
  • Contribute to user acquisition strategy and execution across additional advertising platforms

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and/or Meta campaigns, with strong knowledge of platform operations and optimization techniques
  • Ability to independently manage and optimize large paid media accounts and budgets
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to turn that data into insights that drive action
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude and data visualization tools
  • Proven success in optimizing high-budget digital advertising campaigns
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—especially across brand, product, and tech

Salary Range

The total compensation which includes base, bonus, equity, and benefits is $80,000 - $130,000 USD annually. What You'll Do

  • Oversee our acquisition strategy: Lead paid and owned marketing channels to build a scalable and efficient DTC growth engine—driving customer acquisition across paid search, paid social, SEO, and other emerging platforms.
  • Own key performance metrics: Manage to CAC, ROAS and LTV targets—ensuring efficient customer growth while hitting aggressive revenue goals.
  • Turn analysis into action: Use data to uncover insights into user behavior, campaign performance, and market trends—then translate findings into clear strategic decisions and optimizations.
  • Fuel a testing culture: Develop and manage a test-and-learn roadmap across channels and touchpoints to identify, validate, and scale new growth levers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing in a D2C or subscription-based businesses
  • Proven track record of scaling both acquisition and retention programs
  • Deep expertise across paid channels (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok) and owned channels (e.g., SEO, email, SMS)
  • Fluency in core growth metrics and trade-offs that drive efficient scaling
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with fluency in experimentation and funnel optimization
  • Experience managing 8-figure marketing budgets

We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Director/VP of Customer Support to lead our support team and operations. This role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, optimizing support operations, and ensuring our team delivers a world-class experience. You will oversee support strategy, performance metrics, team development, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a scalable customer support strategy aligned with company goals.
