Jenyve @Yaneth Garcia Mine kind of in a stand still. No redness, no burning, no peeling, no itchiness,… Just nothing😅 Maybe because I was only using it every other night ( as instructed) But starting tonight I will be using it every night for two weeks and then twice a day.

Marely ∙ Author @Kris Pineda also glycolic acid is very similar to lactic acid it’s just a tad bit more gentle and u might wanna try what i told u once to see how ur skin reacts and then if u see nothing has happened then continue. BTW for me i did notice a bit more redness and peeling but to me that just means it working as long i felt no type of pain from it, i considered the redness fine and i now my skin doesn’t get as red since it got used to it :)

Marely ∙ Author @Kris Pineda i’m glad u find my info useful :) also don’t literally mix them together but first put on the serum u use (in my case is retinal and lactic acid) and let them both sit for a bit before i apply the hydroquinone cream and again i let it dry with a fan (ik it’s silly) so that when i put my clothes back on it doesn’t all rub off on the fabric OR if u want, in the Morning apply ur other serums and at Night before bed, apply the hydroquinone 🙂‍↕️ that way it fully gets absorbed by ur skin to get ready for the private cream :)

Kris @Marely Hernandez Thanks so much for the info!☺️I do have .5% tretinoin but I wasn’t sure whether to mix it since 12% hq is already high on its own. I have a history of using 30% glycolic acid on my intimates for a while but it never really made any of a difference which is why I caved to trying hq but now I’m thinking I might’ve built some sort of tolerance since I use the cream 2x a day with zero redness or nothing like i see on others..which then leads me to think I *might* be able to mix it with the Tret but since you mention lactic, I have amlactin and I could perhaps mix it. Is that what you do?

I also stopped wearing panties at home, to make sure it absorbed right and didn’t sweat or rub off. I think the Vitamin C scrub and Vitamin E & C oil after is what sped things up and stopped irritation.
