On a sunny day the kids can run around and you can go sit under the shade and read a book. The kids will be so happy to get out and make new friends.Do you or a friend have a pool? Yes? Get together and have a pool party! You can bring over pool toys and test your kids on how well they can dive down. Or here's a fun trick. Everyone swim one way around the pool. This will create a whirlpool and your kids can be dramatic and try to save each otherDo you have woods? Go walk around them! Your kids can go for hikes and make trails with colorful masking tape. Or if your up to it, bring up some strings and sheets and some imagination and bam you have a fort.See! Now you guys can come back to it!BBQ time! Grab the sparklers and some steaks! Oh ya and don't forget the friends and family. So much fun to have a great time while eating burgers from the grill and star gazing. Don't even stress when to do it. Any Saturday will do.Have the kids wanted to see a movie? Well this is so much fun! Every Friday night, my family watches a movie together with snacks and all have fun. We use a free website or even just the movie channels. This is a great way to spend time together and to do on a rainy day.Now I couldn't find a photo to show this, but I can tell you about this last idea. Where do you and your kids go out to eat or what do they like? Use those ideas and turn meals into themes. For your younger girly girls, do a tea party. Make finger sandwiches and give them a teacup with whatever drink in it and they'll be happy. For boys try a BBQ themed night or under the water. And listen to this. When we do themed dinners, the kids actually fill up instead of asking for snacks in the middle of the night.
