I have a carton per day sometimes! It doesn't taste the best in my opinion as it's quite a dry drink but it certainly helps. 2: Stretch out. The first thing you do when the period cramps rear their ugly head, is curl up into a ball. Don't. Stretching out may hurt more but it stops the pain quicker. 3: Warmth. I often have a hot water bottle on my stomach or a warm, damp cloth. Having warmth on your stomach is shockingly helpful. I hope this helped!
