Delicious Quick Breakfast! What you'll need:
Olive oil
Eggs
Red peppers
Cilantro
Mushrooms
Jalapeños
Onions
Salt
And the sides will be:
Green tea
Whole wheat breadCook the mushrooms,red peppers, and onion in olive oil. Make sure to cut the onions in small pieces! Scramble the eggs separately. When cooked, top the eggs with the cooked veggies and decorate with some cilantro, jalapeño slices *for a little extra flavor* and uncooked red peppers! 😋😋Delicious and healthy!
