Babysitting Tips by Cat Hart Babysitting TipsWhen a kid wants to go outside let them out first.You can never know of how smart a Child is until you get locked outside while the child your babysitting is stuck inside.When there is a burglary in the house take the kid, your phone and something to keep you and the child safe. DO NOT TRY TO BE THE HERO!! You or the child / children can end up hurt, dead, or can be in serious danger, ect.Once you are outside or away from the danger, you can either go to a neighbors house and call 911and then your employers and parents, or if there is no neighborhood then you need to get out of the area, call your employers and ask where the safest location is, and call 911 and then your parents. REMEMBER: The child/ children are more important.When a child is doing something that they shouldn't do, ask them to stop kind and gently.If they keep on doing it, then ask them one more time.If child / children are still doing it, take whatever their playing with (if there playing with anything), and set them in time out for how ever many years old they are , in minutes.When the timer stops go to the child and say , "Ok, lets start over."Do NOT go over $10 , but not below $5GOOD LUCK DO NOT SIT ON THE CHILD!!
