I was incredibly skeptical that this topical could help reduce the presentation and appearance of my dark melasma that was generalized all over my face. I was not a great candidate for oral TXA due to the FDA black box warning (since removed) for increased stroke/MI w/estriadol use. My last resort before dropping $3k on PicoSure was Musely. Much to my shock, in about 3-4 weeks, I noticed a *dramatic* lightening of these spots! I could barely believe my skin appearance and tone was more even. I had tried other topicals which did not do much if anything for my melasma. I also love the combination of ingredients in this product --> it leaves your skin feeling soft and it didn't smell awful to me. 10/10 recommend this product to anyone who has stubborn melasma.
