I have been using the Spot Cream for about two months now. I did not have any redness or inflammation or adverse effects initially. After about a month, I did experience some redness, and the bumps that were under my acne scars came to the surface. I believe the redness was from using other products with the cream, so I stopped those. The bumps that came to surface are slowly going away now. I do see improvement and realize that it takes time and patience.
