This stuff works! I've had melasma on my forehead and cheeks, and there's no way the other low percentage formulas would make a dent. I'm using the Melasma formula with .1% Tret and 12% hydroquinone. Most prescriptions are only for 4%. It's been a month, and my spots are drastically reduced. I've had laser treatments in the past that minimally lightened the areas, but this spot cream is way more budget friendly.
