I didn't have bad dark spots, but after about a month of using the Spot Cream, there has been a noticeable fading of what I did have. When I was discussing Musely with my daughters, who are in their 40s, one daughter said she noticed my brown blotches were almost gone. I never even mentioned to her that I was using anything for those, so for her to say that is something. I am pleased with the results of the Spot Cream so far!
