Overall, I love this product. It works well in lightening and nearly eliminating my melasma. Docking one star because my first bottle was an amazing consistency and my two most recent bottles are grainy and not enjoyable to put on my face each day. I emailed Musely support to inquire if I received the correct formulation and was told they are constantly changing the base of the product which can cause changes in product color and consistency. Leads me to believe they went with a cheaper base? Please please please go back to the original!
