I have found this cream to get rid of hyperpigmentation really well! I had a large spot on my forehead and it made me miserable. After using this (rather inconsistently I am ashamed to admit) I noticed the mark was gone! I highly recommend following the directions and applying just a pea size to the whole face and using a heavy moisturizer after. It can cause skin peeling at first. I have recommended it to so many people! I don’t have a filter in the picture I posted either. I am 53.
