Hello all I am a Mamma of two, my main thing is to be there for my kids physically and mentally. So far, I have been on this for 2 months. My mood swings have lessened, my fatigue has lowered and my dull skin has improved. Looking back 2 months ago, I just looked and felt so tired in every picture and now I look radiant and energized. As of right now overall is a 7 which is HUGE for me!! Before I started I rated myself a 4. Now I can keep up with my kids like I did back when I was in my 30’s lol! Before and two after photos.
