This. Stuff. Works. I started with lots of hair, then it started falling out. At the end of each day I’d have a huge pile and this went on every day for months. I lost half of the thickness of my hair and while it still looked ok it wasn’t sustainable. The hair loss was not stopping on its own. I asked my regular doctor about minoxidil and she said it works great but could only prescribe 10mg pills, which I wouldn’t be able to cut to the right dose effectively. But then I found Musely! Within two weeks of getting the pills my hair loss stopped almost completely. Then I started seeing baby hairs sprouting along my hairline. Because I didn’t have any bald patches, it was hard to know how much regrowth was happening. But now, about 8 months in, I have so much new hair it’s amazing. My stylist was flat ironing it at my last appointment and once she’d get about 4 inches from the roots, all of the new, shorter pieces would come loose and I could see just how much new hair I have. TONS.

The Hair Pill — frequently asked questions

How is The Hair Pill different from other minoxidil pills for women?
Musely's formula includes not only minoxidil but also dutasteride, spironolactone and added supplements to combat thinning hair, androgenic alopecia, and promote hair growth.
How do oral minoxidil tablets differ from topical minoxidil as a female pattern hair loss treatment?
Oral minoxidil tablets deliver the active ingredient through the bloodstream, providing consistent absorption that's convenient and residue-free. In contrast, topical minoxidil is applied directly to the scalp and may be harder to incorporate into daily routines due to potential buildup.
Do I need to be concerned about using oral minoxidil as a hair loss medication if I have high blood pressure?
If you have high blood pressure and are considering oral minoxidil for hair loss, it's essential to consult your healthcare provider and Musely dermatologist. They can assess your overall health and recommend the most suitable and safe treatment options for your situation. Minoxidil for treating hair loss conditions is done with low dose administration whereas minoxidil for treating hypertension is administered with higher doses.
