I was in bad shape experiencing 4 or more severe hot flashes an hour. I couldn't get a regular doctors appointment and was miserable. There was nothing I could do to bring me peace and all the advice provided like carry a fan, dress in layers, etc., did not work. I finallly used the Musely service and I feel human again. When I started I was miserable. I had already tried natural remedies first and it didn’t work. I started the estrogen pill. I had horrible hot flashes, anxiety, insomnia, brain fogginess, and lack of sex drive. I noticed a difference within three days that my hot flashes were getting better.
