I cannot believe how this cream has improved my sleep! I wear a whoop and ever since I started the cream my deep sleep has increased a total of almost one hour & no more night sweats!! I just feel so much better during the day. My mood is better I’m just a lot more “calm” it’s subtle but noticeable. Also I didn’t realize how “dry” I have been. Vaginal moisture was something I didn’t even realize I was lacking but wow. I just feel more youthful all around!! Seems to still be improving as I approach the 45 day mark.
