I do like the cream but i check ly levels every 3 minths snd mira daily, i use this as an add on since my climara patch loses oitency after 4 days snd I use the cresm the following 4. I donhave to use double the pump to feel good but itʻs easy and better than oral pill. My body required s lot of estrogen to prevent hotflsdhes, night seeats and overheating joing pain so this is s good accessory to stretch my patches out.
