Ok when I started this I noticed improvements right away as far as waking up with far less stiffness, improved mood, focus, & energy. Then I stopped taking it a few weeks that's when I realized the full extent of the cognitive improvements I hadn't noticed until stopping it! I've come back to order more after a bit of fighting w/myself about the cost of all my monthly "extras" lol but honestly something that makes this much of a difference in my daily life? Worth it! BUT! Start slow at 1st maybe 1 pill then 2 I got nausea, slight headache the 1st week but it's worth it to push threw it
