Tea For Colon Cleansing

I really don't trust the powders and pills for colon cleansing only because i always hear things about kidney problems. Ever since 12 i've been hospitalized for my kidneys and my right kidney is like bigger than what it should be so i don't trust the powers and all that but thats just a heads up 😊👍🏽
I heard that most of the time stubborn weight that wont come off is actually poop thats stuck in your colon 😖 so i really wanna lose weight so i found teas that will help clean out your colon. And trust me it works. 
Chamomile tea is REALLY good. If you put some honey and a teaspoon as sugar makes it really sweet. But i drank this last night for the first time. And it works, trust me.
