This was the reason I became a Musely customer! The neck is where the women in my family show their age. Only 2 months in and feeling very optimistic about results. My product did separate/the texture became much runnier, but I had a quick reply from customer support advising me to shake/invert the bottle before use or store in fridge. This helped and I did not notice a decrease in effectiveness.
