I’ve now been using this for three weeks and I am really excited that I have already noticed drastically reduced insomnia to the point I no longer need a sleep aid, much fewer hot flashes and a significant decrease in anxiety. For reference, I was in perimenopause about 4 years and likely just entered menopause since it’s been about a full year since my last cycle. I have not had any spotting or side effects of any kind.
