If you are new to exosome skincare, or if you have sensitive skin, start every other night so your skin can adjust. Once your skin is tolerating it well, many people can increase it to nightly use. After applying the serum, wait a few minutes and follow with a plain moisturizer. During the day, use a broad-spectrum mineral sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher, since active skincare can make skin more sensitive to sunlight.
How do I add exosome serum to my skincare routine?

A simple exosome skincare routine looks like this:

At night:

  1. Wash with a gentle cleanser.
  2. Let skin dry fully for 2 to 4 minutes.
  3. Apply one pump of serum to the face, avoiding the eyes and other sensitive areas.
  4. Wait about 5 minutes.
  5. Apply a moisturizer to help support hydration and the skin barrier.

In the morning:

  1. Cleanse gently.
  2. Apply moisturizer.
