For me, it wasn't easy to figure out the correct way to use this product until just now-when I tried to manage/cancel by subscription. I've been using the Aging Repair Cream daily for 6 months without results and so naturally I tried to cancel. But before I could hit the bye-bye button a little AI helper person popped up to make sure I was using the product correctly. Long story short-I was not. At all. You need to shake the bottle before each use, initially using it every OTHER day, preferably evenings (really??), and my favorite part-if you must use it during the day then you need to use sunscreen over it because skin will be sensitive to sunlight while using. So I didn't end up cancelling because I want to give it another shot now that I know the secret. I'm kinda pissed it took what it took for me to get a direct answer. And this is the reason for 4 star rating. Perhaps I'll have a higher rating in a couple months.
