The Spot Pill is an effective maintenance option for hyperpigmentation. I do not like the break-in phase of the (also effective) spot cream (my treated aread gets very red and irritated). The Spot Pill allows me to keep my hyperpigmentation manageable. It is CRITICAL to be diligent with sunscreen and a hat though, if sun is what exacerbates your condition, as it does mine. The Spot Pill works great, but you have to take the other steps to also manage it. I am grateful for the option of The Spot Pill. When my condition gets worse from sun exposure that I cannot help (work conditions), I will use The Spot Pill in AM & PM. When my condition is less prominent, I can get away with just using in PM with the rest of my vitamins and supplements routine.
