I started my journey with the Spot Peel so it's honestly hard for me to rate it as I have no comparison to know if this did much. I can say it's a process that needs to be planned out as you'll want to plan for wearing it the full day and then not leaving the house for several days later, if not longer. I had the dryness, peeling and redness that you'd expect from a peel for almost a week but nothing severe (like a sunburn but not painful). It was at least a week until I was able to apply tinted moisturizer and leave the house, but I couldn't wait long to wash my face and reapply CeraVe as my face would be irritated after a few hours. As of writing this, I'm on day 42 since my Spot Peel. I've been also using the Spot Cream & Anti-Aging in the evenings. I'm starting to see my sun spots fade slightly. I will try the Peel again later in my journey.
