I did the spot peel last week and am very impressed thus far. I have done HQ peels in the past through a med spa and feel like the results are very comparable, with the added bonus that the spot peel is about 1/5 the price. Would definitely recommend doing the peel over the weekend or whenever you don’t have any plans because you will be very red for about 72 hours, followed by peeling (think bad sunburn).
