I have had melasma for the last 4 years. I tried a number of cream including prescription ones from my dermatologist. They faded my brown spots a little but nothing really noticeable to most people. I thought I would just have to live with it. I decided to try Musely because it was stronger. I was worried about irritation to the skin but has not been an issue. The results with this cream are unreal. I am so happy with how much my brown spots have faded. I did not tell anyone I was using it and my sister asked me the other day what I had done because my skin was so clear. She also suffers from melasma. I would recommend this cream to anyone. It is even cheaper than the one I got from my dermatologist but works sooo much better. It is truly amazing.
