Only into my 3rd week of the spot cream, I'm noticing a difference already! Mind your this is only 1 1/2 wks of the spot cream every night. The first week was every other day. I've had melasma for almost 14 yrs, since my last baby. My older spots are fading a bit, more recent spots are gone!! I'm impressed! Can't wait to see over the next month.
