This cream is the real deal! I have gone to the local dermatologist and had spots frozen off, which wasn’t totally successful. I could see this cream working after the 2nd day! My daughter lives in a tropical climate and she came home with brown spots near her eyes. She had IPL treatments but they wouldn’t get close enough to make any difference. She ordered the spot cream and her dark spots are gone too! This cream deserves 10 stars!
