The spot cream with hydroquinone 12% works. My dark spots got lighter ( didn't vanish) but so did the rest of my face. I liked that the spots were lighter but not sure if I like my face on a different color than the rest of my body. Now I'm on the HQ free, witch it is keeping the sports going dark again. They are not completely gone but I feel way more confident to go around with no makeup.
