I am thrilled to say that my experience with this cream has been absolutely phenomenal and effective! And applying it once per day at night was easy to add to my nighttime skincare regimen. My treatment had Retin-A included in it was was great as I was already using Retin-A for anti-aging purposes and have been for some time. The hydroquinone was the missing key in efforts to lighten two areas of melasma that I've battled with for the last couple of years...one spot on my forehead near my hairline, and the infamous 'melasma-stache' over my lip which really was the main area of concern. I saw improvement after about 3 weeks, and by the time my first bottle was empty, it had faded significantly and barely noticeable. Although I did receive a one refill, I haven't even began to use that bottle as it's summertime and I am on a break after using hydroquinone for approximately 4 months, so I will resume in September. But I am using sunscreen SPF50 more than once per day!
