The Musely product with the least hydroquinone was still 2x the concentration of the OTC I had been using. It’s not possible to get that strength without a prescription, so I had always thought it out of my price range (read: not worth the wait for the appointment, doctor’s fees, and then addition cost of the cream). I’m so glad for a doctor who could easily and quickly assess what’s best for me. I’m allergic to penicillin and sulfa drugs, so the cream I had hoped to be prescribed (higher % hydroquinone) was contra indicated because of another ingredient. I was prescribed the Spot Cream instead, and it really was better for me. I found I had to go slowly as I had a lot of sensitivity/redness along the way. These pics are after 3 mo only 1x/day. I’m still only using it at night, instead of 2x/day. Even though I had sensitivity, the overall change has been, WOW! Mustache had been the goal; now see how bad it was on my forehead, nose, and cheeks- the results are SO worth it! No makeup 😝
