I have Melasma hyperpigmentation and it is extremely hard to get rid of. I am trying the spot cream with the tretinoin combination. It’s only been two weeks and I am already seeing results! I am so excited! I have been so discouraged and insecure about how I’ve looked since the melasma appeared on my skin. This is the most effective cream I have used so far. You have to FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS! But you will see results! :) (I only did 4 stars because I just started my treatment lol)
