This cream did what no other topicals have done for me: my melasma has faded to a manageable shade, I'm no longer embarrassed to be without makeup, and I've stopped using thick cover-up altogether. It has been 7 months since treatment began; I use sunscreen as directed, but I was so afraid that the dark spots would return during the intense summer months.
