The spot cream has worked ok for me. The M+ is a little too harsh for my skin and causes a lot of red and orange pigments on my skin without really clearing the melasma. The spot cream itself works great for me and has made a change. Missing it a day or two will have my melasma coming back which is really frustrating so make sure to be consistent with it.
