The spot cream Erase caused no negative side effects, my dark spots faded at a gradual yet fairly rapid pace. The before and after photo I have provided is a side by side comparing my skin on day 1 and Day 50 of using Musely's Erase formula. I am now able to feel comfortable without slathering my skin in makeup. I was very self conscious and I believed most of my insecurity was coming from acne scars which ironically proved not to be scars at all seeing as how Musely erased them from my skin. I will continue using The Spot Cream all over my face along with SPF to avoid re-developing dark spots/melasma. I recently requested a RX change from Erase to M+ after reading a review stating only M+ can rid dark melasma spots (M+ "for stubborn spots" the strongest formula, 1 level above Erase.) However, after seeing my B&A pics I'm having a bit of remorse about upping the strength. I've had such a pleasant experience using Erase i'm nervous that M+ will cause side effects-peeling & irritation.
