The Spot Cream is the only treatment that had worked for me. I was concerned at week 4 because my Melasma looked darker but a few weeks later it had nearly disappeared. At 8 weeks, I can still see a very light “mustache” but nobody else notices. I wear a tinted SPF and it disappears even to my critical eye. I recommend not wasting time with lasers or micro needling that can just make things worse.
