This is truly the most effective and cost-friendly product I've found for clearing melasma on my face, and for making my 47-year-old skin look better overall. Over the past couple of years I've used Musely's Spot Cream in all three formulations -- and they all work. The versions with Hydroquinone work the best and the fastest, of course, but when I want a break I'm able to switch to the HQ-free option for maintenance. I'm impressed with the packaging of the product, too. The pump works really well and you're able to get every last drop out of the container. Years ago I was prescribed the Obaji system with Hydroquinone, and while it did help to clear my melasma, it worked more slowly and was more expensive and fussy than Musely's Spot Cream. It also required that I see a dermatologist in person to get a prescription, which was tedious. I'm genuinely grateful for what Musely provides.
