I have melasma that got worse after pregnancy, and I also have dark spots that appear after I get acne. I have tried every OTC and RX treatment available other than lasers or micro dermabrasion. Nothing worked. Within the first week of using the spot cream, I could see a noticeable improvement. It’s been about 30 days now and this is the lightest my melasma has been in a decade.
