The spot cream has been helpful. I have only a small amount of spots, and they weren’t terribly dark, and they have lightened some. Edit 2026: I find this cream works when I apply a 'dot' of the cream on each freckle. Rubbing it in helps minor surrounding areas, but the freckles lightened when I applied in directly and didn't rub in.
