The spot cream is very good. I have not been using it regularly because I started to experience extreme dryness. My % of hydroquinone is only 6% that the doctor recommended due to the fact that I am darker in skin tone. The melasmas on my forehead is still very dark in color. Will continue to use mostly on my forehead. How did get my hydroquinone percentage increase? Overall a good product.
