I got this spot cream for some malasma spots along my T zone area and my upper lip. Within a couple of weeks I noticed the spots fading. I only got a little dry skin in areas I applied this cream but that resolved within a week or so. I've been very diligent about keeping my face out of the direct sun and using SPF so as not to reverse the results. Even though we are in the middle of summer, this has been very manageable. So far I would highly recommend for treatment of malasma!
