I have no problem with the spot cream. It is doing what I had hoped, gradually lightening my spots on my face and hands. What I was disappointed with was the nurse. The number of visits that were asked for seemed to me to be very few, considering what the cost of the spot cream was. And there was no way that I could see to contact the nurse in between "visits." Also, no way to comment on anything other than what was asked of you. So that was a bit disappointing. I didn't like that I might have to go to others on the chat to get advice when i didn't know anything about them. The cream is lasting longer than I anticipated, as I stopped using it periodically when my face was getting quite red and irritated. So I didn't renew when asked, and realize that I might have to renew at some point and pay a higher price. At any rate, it did seem to do the trick.
