I am on day 44. It looks like the spot cream erase has worked. The first before and after pictures were taken day 1 and day 30 under same lighting. The two annoying dark spots on my right side for years have gone lighter. The second picture was taken today on day 44 outside lighting. I will be using the plus formula in next refill since I want to get rid of the most stubborn ones. I talked with my dermatologist around day 20 and he asked me to test diferrin mixed with spot cream first to see if my skin is ok with it. After about 5 days mild peeling and itching, my face calmed down. Then my doctor said he could change my prescription to Plus formula. I am still using my first bottle, only at night. Cannot wait to receive my second one. This product definitely works. It may take time, but be patient. Also, wear SPF and hat!!!
