I had the unfortunate placement of melasma on my upper lip, made worse by pregnancy. I even shelled out for a laser treatment (BBL) to try to treat it. While I certainly liked the results of my laser treatment, it did nothing for the melasma. I am so happy with how this has helped. Even now, not treating it nearly as often, it appears that it is mostly at bay. I am so appreciative for this cream.
