The spot cream is great! I was told that one of the ingredients I am allergic to, being that I'm allergic to penicillin, but I took a chance. When I first used it I got a few whelps on the top of my feet and hands. So I used it once a week to start. Then they went away. After 2 weeks, I started using it twice a week, then 3x a week. Now here we are and I have no side effects. I mostly use it on my neck and outer lining of my face. It's working great. They black spots are not as noticeable and in some spots there gone. I last my job so its kinda expensive to keep the reorder going, However, if I get back on my feet. I am most definitely going to order more.
