A Godsend. I was having hot flashes every half hour for weeks. My body was torturing me from the inside out- couldn’t sleep. Three days in to taking the estrogen pill, they decreased significantly in intensity and frequency and the brain fog lifted. A week in, I coupled with progesterone and 10 days in, the hot flashes went away, but I noticed it was still hot anywhere I sat or where I slept in the bed. No flash, but warmer than normal. I’m two months in now and I am back to my normal self and temperature all day every day.
