I've been taking the HRT Estrogen and Progesterone pill combination daily for over a few months. I guess my perimenopause symptoms came on so gradually that I didn't realize how bad they really were until they started to subside. I also was in denial that I was entering that stage of life at 40. I'm no longer getting night sweats. I'm no longer smelling awful odors that aren't really there. I fall asleep better and feel better rested. I'm losing nowhere near as much hair and my nails seem to be growing stronger. I originally thought 40 was too young to experiencing such an array of symptoms, but the truth is that these symptoms started a few years ago. wish I had started taking it sooner
